Budo Ryu Ninjutsu
The Budo Ryu, or more properly Budo Ryu Ninjutsu Dojo is a martial art organization headed and operated by World Martial Arts Hall of Fame Anshu Christa Jacobson. The Budo Ryu Hombu Dojo is located in Kansas City, Kansas and has established schools all over the world.
Budo is a Japanese word for Warriors Way or Military Way.
Ryu is a Japanese word for Flow, Lineage or Family.
Ninjutsu is a Japanese word for Art of Stealth
Dojo is a Japanese word for Place of Study.

The Budo Ryu Ninjutsu system of martial training was developed by the collection of Japanese Traditions and combining them into a way of training to fully develop ones mind, body and spirit as one. Each of these ryu has is own specialty in a certain aspects of warfare and combat tactics. These Traditions are:
- Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu
Once one has been awarded the rank of shodan in Budo Ryu Taijutsu, they have earned the honor to start their ninja training. At this stage of training the term that represents this is "Budo Ryu Ninjutsu."
Anshu’s unique training and teaching style is based on the principles of the Godai. This alone makes the Budo Ryu Ninjutsu methods one of the most comprehensive training systems in the world today. With the five element training of Earth, Wind, Water, Fire and Void the response to varying situations will produce innumerable variations". It's this training philosophy of moving away from the 'form' of the technique, to developing one's response in accordance to the situation at hand that brings forth a heightened awareness and a more dynamic budo.
